The Document Processing Department is a structural subdivision of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Its main tasks are:
- administrative documentation management of the Executive Office’s activity and coordination of state bodies’ activities in organization and improvement of paperwork and archive keeping;
- control over execution of unclassified acts and instructions of the President, Secretary of State, Head of the Executive Office and his deputies, President’s aides and councilors, Head of the President’s Chancellery;
- administrative documentation management of the Executive Office’s activity in considering addresses of individuals and legal persons, coordination of state bodies’ activities in this field.
