We highly appreciate our cooperation with your country, we understand the role your state plays in the international arena, and we duly recognize France's economic potential. Your country was the first EU member state to sign a Strategic partnership agreement with Kazakhstan in June 2008. This year we mark the 15th anniversary of this important document. Once again, I would like to note that an active and trusting political dialogue is maintained between our countries at all levels," said the Head of State.
