Through the negotiations the two leaders discussed cooperation priorities of Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia, including the prospects for deepening relations in trade-economic, political, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
The two sides also laid stress on the well-established strong potential and progressive growth of cooperation in various fields, which include the agricultural sector.

The following documents were signed in Saudi Arabia during the political visit of the Head of State:
- Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Transfer of Sentenced Persons;
- Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Extradition;
- Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on cooperation in respect of peaceful use of atomic energy;
- Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on cooperation in the field of agriculture.
